Términos y condiciones de reserva

  1. All our programs are based on one premise, that all schedules, itineraries and visits are subject to the safety conditions reported by the Ministries of Tourism, Tourism and Government Agencies.
  2. Guaranteed departure with a minimum of 2 passengers.
  3. Mandatory passport valid for no less than 06 months from the date of return of that trip.
  4. Airline tickets, when included in the itinerary, are issued with restrictions and cannot be refunded, even if our operator does not follow the rules of the countries’ airlines.
  5. Domestic flights from Cairo to Aswan and Luxor leave very early in the morning (for that reason, breakfast will be compact that day (breakfast box). If you choose to fly later or on your own, you must be informed before the trip at least 45 days before.
  6. Meals considered included are served in typical, good quality restaurants, but do not include drinks.
  7. The Nile River Cruise food offers international menu options with typical Eastern and Western meals, drinks not included.
  8. Upon arrival at the destination , a tip is usually collected from tourists, mentioned in the program, to be distributed among the porters and waiters who worked in the hotels and on the cruise.
  9. Hotel accommodation generally meets international Check in and Check out criteria.
  10. Airline tickets, when included in the itinerary, are issued at promotional fares subject to restrictions. Always check the baggage allowance.
  11. Prices reported here are subject to change without notice and seat availability.
  12. Rates subject to change due to conferences and events or holidays at the destinations.
  13. Breakfast included in the itineraries follows the schedules established by the hotels. If you need to leave the hotel before this service begins, it will not be provided and there will be no refund.
  14. For operational reasons, the order of the tours may be modified without prior notice.
  15. The hotels planned are subject to possible variations to similar hotels at any time, without prior notice, of the same category or higher, never lower.
  16. These routes are usually carried out in groups, made up of passengers of various nationalities in the other destinations with a guide who speaks Portuguese or Spanish. In case there are no other passengers on the requested date, the tour will depart in the same way, individually. or in small groups, which may be made up of different people each day.
  17. For small family groups and friends, a new quote must be made in PRIVATE GROUP MODE.
  18. Cost of calls or transfers to airports as a result of delays or loss of luggage (loss of luggage is the sole responsibility of the airline and additional costs resulting from the loss will be charged separately and a receipt will be issued so that the passenger can reimburse the insurance company.
  19. Check Early or Check Later (check in starts at 15:00 on the day of arrival and check out ends at 12:00 on the last day) Flights arriving before the time will be charged an additional night if passengers wish to enter or leave the room before the time determined, at the time of check in.
  20. Prices are based on a minimum of 2 people – for individual trips.
  21. Prices are subject to change in accordance with the price of tickets/entrance fees to tourist sites or any increase in the price of gasoline, or devaluation of the currency.
  22. Optional tours can be booked at the destinations with the receptive company.
  23. Emergency telephones available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  24. All reservations must be paid by bank transfer to our bank account before the arrival of the passengers.
  25. Esperanza Travel reserves the right to cancel any reservation if prepayment has not been made.
  26. At the time of booking, a deposit of 50% of the total payment is required to proceed with the reservation of hotels, domestic flight tickets and services.
  27. The remaining payment (50%) must be made at least one month before the arrival of the clients. Otherwise, Esperanza Travel has the right not to operate the services for said clients, even if they have our Voucher and Boucher.

Cancellation Policy

  • If the reservation is cancelled one month or more before arrival, there will be no cancellation fees (except for the cancellation of domestic flights booked, a cancellation fee of 50% of the price is charged).
  • If the reservation is cancelled one month before arrival (during high season) the cancellation fee is charged at 50% of the total bill.
  • If the reservation is cancelled between 2 weeks before or a few days before arrival, cancellation fees will be charged at 50% of the total bill.
  • In case of No Show without prior notice, 50% of the total invoice will be charged.

Important note

  • During free days, clients do not have transportation or a local guide.

Complaints

  • Passengers who consider that they have not received the services purchased at their place of origin must submit a written letter before leaving the country. Any complaint upon arrival in the country of origin will not be taken into account as described above.
