  1. Todos os nossos programas partem de uma premissa: todos os hor\u00e1rios, itiner\u00e1rios e visitas est\u00e3o sujeitos \u00e0s condi\u00e7\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a informadas pelos Minist\u00e9rios do Turismo, Secretarias de Turismo e Organismos Governamentais.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Partida garantida com um m\u00ednimo de 2 passageiros.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Passaporte obrigat\u00f3rio com validade m\u00ednima de 06 meses a contar da data de regresso dessa viagem.<\/span><\/li>\n

  26. At the time of booking, a deposit of 50% of the total payment is required to proceed with the reservation of hotels, domestic flight tickets and services.<\/span><\/li>\n
  27. The remaining payment (50%) must be made at least one month before the arrival of the clients. Otherwise, Esperanza Travel has the right not to operate the services for said clients, even if they have our Voucher and Boucher. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    • If the reservation is cancelled one month or more before arrival, there will be no cancellation fees (except for the cancellation of domestic flights booked, a cancellation fee of 50% of the price is charged).<\/span><\/li>\n
    • If the reservation is cancelled one month before arrival (during high season) the cancellation fee is charged at 50% of the total bill.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • If the reservation is cancelled between 2 weeks before or a few days before arrival, cancellation fees will be charged at 50% of the total bill.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • In case of No Show without prior notice, 50% of the total invoice will be charged.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • During free days, clients do not have transportation or a local guide.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Complaints<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

        • Passengers who consider that they have not received the services purchased at their place of origin must submit a written letter before leaving the country.
